Stephanie Reisdorph is a dedicated mental health therapist who has been recognized with multiple awards, including the Rising Star Award and the International Communitas Award.
Through her own workplace journey, Stephanie discovered firsthand how mindset shapes success. She went from dreading her job to excelling at it—becoming one of the company’s top performers without changing her hours, coworkers, or workload. By shifting her perspective and harnessing the power of her thoughts, she transformed her work experience and performance. This breakthrough inspired her passion for teaching others the same practical mindset tools and strategies to thrive in their own careers.
Stephanie brings nearly a decade of experience working with the City of Tulsa’s Housing Authority, where she worked in social services before being promoted by Executive Management to do relocation for a $250 million revitalization project. During her time there, she served as Board President of the Employee Association, where she developed several innovative programs during covid.
Stephanie has developed many successful programs including one that expanded countywide due to high demand. Her track record includes launching public safety programs involving Law Enforcement as well as a business and entrepreneurship program, called Passion to Profit, which connected aspiring entrepreneurs with grants and mentorship from established business owners to help them succeed.
Today, Stephanie combines her expertise in psychology, leadership, and program development to empower individuals, organizations and communities. She is passionate about equipping employees with the skills and mindset to increase morale, productivity, and overall workplace satisfaction.
